Today was the first day of school. Fifth graders have the responsibility of being at the top of the school and being good role models for the younger grades. The start of a new year means new clothes, new shoes, new supplies, new teacher, and a new grade to conquer. No one forgets the sad goodbye on the first day of school. Soon we will fall into step with specialists and won't be able to imagine what life would be like without the daily routine of school. Some students go through this, other don't care and can't wait for school to finally be over. With a new grade comes new challenges. Some students are prepared but for others it's a different story. Welcome to Fryelands Elementary!
